Restorative Yoga

Through gentle postures, deep breathing and mindfullness, our Restorative Yoga program offers weekly in studio classes and pop-up events throughout the East Coast. These classes support emotional health, physical alignment and mental clarity for participants. While the program was designed and developed by Anthony Heyward, classes are often taught by guests yogis.

Over the last 3 years, we have helped over 1,000 individuals improve their mental health and well-being around the country.

RESTORATIVE CIRCLEs

"What's said IN the circle, stays in the circle!"

Connections

We believe it's essential to engage in practices that foster connection with ourselves and our community through shared values and meaningful relationships. Restorative circles help build these connections by encouraging positive communication among youth and adults. They create a space for active listening, honest expression, and supportive, open dialogue within a circle setting.

Reflections

Circles encourage participants to slow down and be fully present. Active listening is at the heart of a successful circle, as it creates space for thoughtful reflection. To truly engage, participants must listen with intention and openness, allowing them to absorb and consider what is shared. Self-reflection plays a key role in this process—it helps us better understand our motivations and the reasons behind our reactions. Through this, we can enhance self-awareness, make more thoughtful choices, and support our own personal growth.
